The Ernest Borel Co., creator of the "Borel Cocktail Watch" kaleidoscope watch, is not connected to and never was Otto Frei. The Ernest Borel Co., went out of business 10-15 years ago. It was purchased by a New York company which also closed its doors for good a few years back. The right to use the name was sold to a Swiss Company.
