Email Requirements

I prefer that domestic customers send their orders for watch parts in by fax to our 800 fax number 1-800-900-3734. The fax number for international orders is 510-834-6217.

I am unable to answer every email question. If you want to know if we have this or that watch part in stock I started charging a fee for this service. I cannot see the advantage of making three emails, let alone reading three emails to sell one $8.00-$15.00 watch part. If you need to know what watch parts we have and which ones we can still get just phone 1-510-832-0355 Ext. 2 for watch parts inquiries during our office hours Monday to Friday 9-5 Pacific Time Zone. Omega Bracelets and Bracelet link look up information will continue to given only by email, since I need lots of time to look answers up. Please wait 72 hours before going nuts because I did not reply as quick as you want.

Our industry and business flow is based on almost daily orders from the same professional watchmakers who received the orders in the next day or two. It is not known until the order is shipped and received as to which parts are on back order, discontinued and no longer available. The next day the cycle begins again with a new order. If you want to be a customer of watch movements parts from us this is how we conduct business.

To Send Email: Always Fill Out Subject Line, with text relating to the subject in the email. Your first and last name, phone number and address Please no anonymous email, if allowing me to know inside your email who you are is all to personal for you please use the phone. Since, after all we cannot conduct a business traction anonymously with you.
